This guide will walk you through the steps to change your linked email address and connect multiple login methods to your Manus account.

Changing Your Linked Email Address

If you need to update the email address associated with your Manus account, you can do so easily. This is particularly useful if you are switching to a new primary email or want to use a different address for account notifications.

Important: Linked Email vs. Login Method

Changing your linked email only affects the email address that is bound to your Manus account and used to receive Manus emails (such as notifications and updates). It does not automatically become a new login method. If you want to use your new email address as a login method, you will need to add it separately through the Manage sign-in methods section in your account settings.

Steps to Change Your Email:

  1. Navigate to your Account Settings

  2. Click on the Change button on the Email section.

  3. Click Send to receive a verification code sent to your email to verify your identity

  4. Enter your new email address and repeat verification code process

  5. Once verified, your linked email will be successfully updated.

*Note: Your new linked email will be used for all future Manus communications. To also use it as a login method, navigate to the Manage sign-in methods section and add it there.

Adding Multiple Login Methods

To make logging into Manus as seamless as possible, you can now link multiple third-party login methods to your account. This means you can sign in using whichever method is most convenient for you at the time.

Manus currently supports the following login methods:

  • Google

  • Apple

  • Microsoft

  • Facebook

Rules and Limitations

There are a few important rules to be aware of when managing your login methods:

  • One account per provider — Each login provider (Google, Apple, Microsoft, Facebook) can only be linked to one account at a time. For example, you cannot link two different Google accounts to the same Manus account.

  • At least one login method required — You must keep at least one active login method linked to your account at all times. You will not be able to remove your last remaining login method.

Steps to Link a New Login Method:

  1. Go to your Account Settings and find the Manage button on the Manage sign-in methods section.

  2. You will see a list of available login providers (Google, Apple, Microsoft, Facebook).

  3. Click on the provider you wish to connect.

  4. You will be redirected to the provider's login page to authenticate.

  5. Once authenticated, the new login method will be linked to your Manus account.

You can link as many of these supported methods as you like. After linking, you can use any of them to sign in to your Manus account in the future.
