How can I use Mail Manus?

Mail Manus is a convenient email integration feature that allows you to quickly create tasks in Manus simply by sending an email.

When you send an email from a linked address (My email) to your dedicated @manus.bot address, the system will automatically create a corresponding task in your Manus account.

Getting Started

Accessing the Feature

  1. Go to Settings β†’ Mail Manus

  2. Your registered email will be automatically set as your first linked email (My email)

  3. The system will generate a dedicated @manus.bot address based on your email prefix

Linked Email (My email) Management

  • Limit: You can link up to 3 email addresses

  • Actions: Add, edit, or remove linked emails

  • Address Customization: Your @manus.bot address can be customized once every 7 days

Creating a Task

Send an email from any linked address to your @manus.bot address:

  • New Email: Compose and send a new email directly

  • Forward Email: Forward an existing email to your @manus.bot address (you may add additional instructions)

The system will treat the email body as the initial Prompt for the task.

Email Notifications

During the task lifecycle, you will receive system notification emails for the following events:

  • Task Started – Confirms that the task has been created and started successfully.

  • Task Completed – Sent when the task has finished execution and results are ready.

Best Practices

Recommended Actions

  • Add your @manus.bot address to your email contacts for quicker access

  • After a task is created, view details, adjust parameters, or continue execution within Manus

  • Regularly check your linked email addresses to ensure functionality
