How can I share a session?

If users encounter any difficulties during their session with Manus or need assistance from the support team, they can share the public session link with the support team to get help. This is not mandatory, but having the session link allows the support team to provide more targeted suggestions and assistance. Therefore, to better understand the conversation scenario for problem identification and troubleshooting, it is suggested to share the public session link by

  1. Click the share button in the top right area of the session.

  2. Click the public access button.

  3. Click the copy link button.

  4. Send us the public access session link.

Besides, users can also share their sessions with their family or friends in this way, showcasing their usage process and experience with them.
