After you subscribe, the invoice will be automatically sent to the email address you used for purchase.

My invoice cannot be found in my email. Where can I find it?

  1. You may check your spam or junk folder in your registered email to check for your invoice.

  2. You may double-check your email that was provided during your payment. Alternatively, you may double-check which email address you have registered your account with. Please refer to the screenshot below to check which email address you used to purchase your account with:

Can I change my invoice content?

Currently, Manus does not support modifying invoices that have already been generated.

Can I change my invoice date?

At this time, Manus does not support changes to invoice dates. All billing cycles and invoice generation schedules are fixed based on your subscription type.

Manus Subscriptions

Billing occurs on a monthly or yearly basis from the date you subscribed.

For example, if you subscribed on the 12th of the month, you will be billed again on the 12th of each following month or year.

Invoice dates align with this recurring schedule and cannot be modified.
