How can I request a refund for a purchased membership?

You subscribed via Stripe or Google

If you wish to request a subscription refund, please log in to the Manus account you want to refund.You can go to our feedback link to submit your invoice information, email address, and your request as a ticket, and we will process it according to your specific situation.

Please let us know the order you want to refund and the reason for the refund. Our team will respond to you as soon as possible.

If you meet the refund conditions, we will process the refund in accordance with our refund policy. After the refund is processed, the refunded amount will be returned to your original payment account within 1-15 business days.

You subscribed via Apple Subscriptions

For subscriptions made through Apple, refunds must be requested directly from Apple. You can apply for a refund from Apple through this Apple refund guide.
