How can I request a refund for a purchased membership?

You subscribed via Stripe

If you wish to request a subscription refund, please log in to the Manus account you want to refund. Click on the personal avatar in the upper right corner of the Manus user interface, then navigate to the "Contact Us" page.

Please let us know the order you want to refund and the reason for the refund, and contact us through this feedback page. Our team will respond to you as soon as possible.

If you meet the refund conditions, we will process the refund in accordance with our refund policy. After the refund is processed, the refunded amount will be returned to your original payment account within 1-15 business days.

You subscribed via Apple Subscriptions

For subscriptions made through Apple, refunds must be requested directly from Apple. You can apply for a refund from Apple through this Apple refund guide.

You subscribed via Google Play Store
