Upgrade/Downgrade subscription
You can directly click on the subscription purchase interface to upgrade to a higher-level subscription or downgrade your membership subscription.
Currently, Manus does not support cross-platform operations. You need to proceed to the platform where you first subscribed to perform the corresponding operation.
For example, if you subscribed via Apple, you would also need to complete the subscription upgrade through Apple.
How will upgrading my subscription charge my credits?
You subscribed via Stripe
When upgrading your membership on the web, you only need to pay the price difference between the two plans. Once the payment is completed, you will immediately receive the membership credits associated with the upgraded plan. The next renewal date will be recalculated based on your upgrade date.
For example, if you subscribed to the Basic monthly plan on the 1st of this month and upgraded to the Plus monthly plan on the 15th, you will only pay the $20 difference and instantly receive 2,000 credits. Your next renewal for the Plus plan will occur on the 15th of the following month.
You subscribed via Apple Subscriptions
When upgrading a subscription order on the Apple platform, the original order will be automatically refunded, and the upgraded subscription order will be charged at the full price.
You subscribed via Google Play Store
When upgrading your subscription on an Android device, you need to pay the full price of the new plan. Any remaining credits from your previous plan will be added to your new billing cycle, and the unused membership days from your previous plan will be converted into additional days for your new subscription based on the price ratio between the plans.
For example, if you subscribed to a monthly Basic plan on June 1 and had 1,000 credits remaining, and then upgraded to a monthly Plus plan on June 6, you would pay $39 and receive 3,900 monthly credits. Your original 1,000 credits would also be retained and added to your new plan. The Plus membership period would change from June 5–July 5 to June 5–July 18, with the extra days being the unused membership days from your Basic plan converted and added.
Will downgrade take effect immediately?
Downgrades do not take effect immediately. Currently, Manus handles subscription downgrades by applying them at your next renewal cycle.
For example, if you subscribe to the Pro monthly plan on the 1st of this month and choose to downgrade to Plus on the 15th, you will retain your Pro subscription benefits until your next renewal on the 1st of the following month. At that time, your subscription will be renewed as a Plus plan.
