How can I do if payment shows there is an overdue subscription payment from the past that prevents current payment?

If you paid through Stripe, you can send your payment information and email address to support@manus.im to contact our staff. Please specify that you are experiencing payment issues and need staff assistance to cancel the subscription.

If you paid through Apple or Google, we apologize, but you will need to actively contact Apple or Google's customer service staff to handle this matter.
