Understanding and Resolving Overdue Payments

An overdue payment can occur for several reasons, such as an expired credit card, insufficient funds, or a bank declining the charge. When this happens, your Manus subscription may be temporarily suspended, preventing you from making new payments or accessing premium features. This guide will walk you through the steps to resolve the issue based on where you originally subscribed.

How to Resolve Your Overdue Payment

The steps to resolve an overdue payment depend on whether you subscribed directly through the Manus website or through a mobile app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

Subscription Method

Steps to Resolve Overdue Payment -

Subscribed on Manus Website (via Stripe)

If you have a past due payment and wish to pay using another card, you may select the “Edit billing” button at the pricing page to change your bank card details and pay.

If you still decide to pay through your original card, you may select the “Downgrade to Free” button and re-purchase a new subscription plan. If there's no option for downgrade please contact support team, we will help you!

Subscribed via App Store (Apple or Google)

If you paid through Apple or Google, we apologize, but you will need to contact Apple or Google's customer service directly to resolve this matter.
