How can I request a refund for a purchased membership?

You subscribed via Stripe or Google

If you wish to request a subscription refund, please log in to the Manus account you want to refund. To smoothen the process, please provide the following details to our Help Centre AI Chatbot:

  • Order or Invoice Number: Associated order or invoice number

  • Account Identifiers: Your Manus account email or username

  • Reason for Refund: A short explanation of the issue or reason for requesting the refund.

After which, our support team will contact you as soon as possible.

If you meet the refund conditions, we will process the refund in accordance with our refund policy. After the refund is processed, the refunded amount will be returned to your original payment account within 1-15 business days.

You subscribed via Apple Subscriptions
